Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Atlas Studios LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AirFit mobile application (“App”). By using AirFit, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may process:
- Location data. If you allow location access, we use it to show weather for your area and to improve relevance of recommendations. You may use manual city entry or saved locations where supported.
- Preferences and app settings. Such as clothing categories, comfort thresholds, notification time, and related onboarding choices stored on your device and, if you create an account, synced with our servers as needed to provide the service.
- Account information. If you sign in (for example via email), we process identifiers and profile data necessary to authenticate you and sync settings across devices.
- Device and push tokens. If you enable notifications, we may process a device token and related metadata to deliver scheduled or transactional messages.
- Diagnostics. Limited technical data (such as app version or error logs) may be collected to maintain security and reliability.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide forecasts, outfit suggestions, and core App functionality.
- Authenticate accounts and sync preferences you choose to store with your account.
- Send push notifications you opt into (for example, a daily brief at a time you select).
- Operate, secure, and improve the App; comply with law; and enforce our Terms.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where required, we rely on performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security and improvement, balanced against your rights), or consent (for example, optional notifications or location where applicable), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who assist us (for example, cloud hosting, authentication, or weather data) under contractual safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the App, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account-related data may be deleted when you delete your account, subject to limited backups and legal holds.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Children
AirFit is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Your choices and rights
You can control location and notifications in your device settings. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data, or object to certain processing, by contacting us. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. International transfers
If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws.
10. California residents
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise rights, email us at the address below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
